Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Within 30 calendar days from purchase.

• No product needs to be physically returned to us. We do not require you to send the item back to our warehouse. You are welcome to keep the product, and we simply ask that you contact us to process your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Customer Support:
   To start your return, please reach out to our customer support team at support@gutsyhealthco.com. Provide the following information:

   • Your order number
   • The product(s) you wish to return
   • A brief explanation of why you are returning the product
   • Let us know if you prefer a refund or store credit

2. Refund Process:
   Once your return request is processed, you will receive a refund for your purchase minus a 30% Restocking FEE. 

   • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and the process will typically take 7-10 business days from the time your return is approved.
